On stream, Spurp mentioned that these would be NPCs that appeared when you did something related to their specific monster (ex: raising and releasing 12 lamia could unlock Zimonja). They’re genderflipped for fun~ However, they do not necessarily reflect what the genderbent of the species would look like (I.e Zimonja, being a Gorgon, is not a genderbent lamia).
